Sow ("we", "our", "the app") is a personal wellness and journaling app. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with care.
Local Data (Basic & Pro): All journal entries, emotion check-ins, voice notes, streak data, and personal reflections are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not have access to this data.
Cloud Sync Data (Pro only): If you subscribe to Sow Pro and choose to enable cloud sync, your data is stored securely on our servers (powered by Supabase) to enable cross-device access. This includes:
RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase data through Apple's App Store. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Supabase: Pro subscribers who enable cloud sync have their data stored on Supabase's infrastructure. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
Local data remains on your device and can be deleted by removing the app. For Pro subscribers with cloud sync enabled, you can request deletion of your cloud data by contacting support@sowmind.app. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL) and secure authentication through Supabase. Local data is protected by your device's built-in security features.
Sow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or our website.
